"Pretty Little Liars" is over, and Shay Mitchell is moving on.
The actress has started her own production company and locked down a deal with Warner Bros. Television, THR reports. As part of that collaboration, we'll see her star in an upcoming Lifetime drama series called "You" -- and by the sound of it, the project is one "PLL" fans will like.
The 10-episode series co-stars "Gossip Girl" alum Penn Badgley and tells a twisted love story. What starts as a cute crush soon becomes creepy and dangerous when Badgley's character becomes obsessed with the object of his affection (Mitchell). He begins to stalk her online, and then his behavior only gets worse, to the point that he goes after other people in her life. Yikes.
The series is based on Caroline Kepnes's novel of the same name and is being adapted by writers and executive producers Greg Berlanti and Sera Gamble. So far, we don't know when "You" will premiere, but we look forward to finding out more in the coming months.
